Aquavue Cafe Watersports is the premier destination for action, fun and adventure in Hervey Bay. At Aquavue you can enjoy water sports of every kind. You can hire jet skis, kayaks, sailing catamarans, fishing boats and four wheel bike cruisers. They offer the Big Banana ride, water skiing, wake and knee boarding and fishing charters as well as adventure packages for the 'experience seekers' and adrenaline junkies.
The thriving water sports hire business includes the Australian Boating College, offering recreational powerboat and Jet Ski licensing and Aquavue Kayak Adventures, offering fitness training. Fishing Charters were introduced in 2009.
The former kiosk was transformed into a cafe in 2006 and the kitchen upgraded in 2007 allowing Aquavue to offer an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon teas to compliment the best coffee in the bay.
To provide further adventure based activities and to complement and enhance the tourist experience, the tour booking office was upgraded and partnerships formed with other tourist operators in 2008.
Guided Jet Ski tours/safaris were introduced in 2005. Each tour is guided by fully trained sea crew and takes in surrounding Islands, Kingfisher Bay Resort, Moon Point and Pelican Banks. Our Fraser Island West Coast Eco Safari departs Aquavue daily to explore Fraser Island and surrounds and experience the adventure of a life time aboard our state of the art low emission, environmentally friendly, 4 stroke Jet Skis.
View the abundant wildlife including dolphins, turtles, stingrays, a variety of seabirds and dugongs that inhabit this unique stretch of spectacular unspoilt waterways. Learn about the history of Big Woody Island and the largest artificial reef in the Southern Hemisphere from our experienced friendly tour guides. Experience the wonders of Moon Point before landfall at the spectacular Pelican Banks for refreshments and a relaxing swim. This is something you have to experience to appreciate - being on a blinding white beach, not a soul to spoil the panorama, the serenity draped over you like a crisp linen shirt. Safaris are dependent on weather and tides, all tours depart from either Aquavue Cafe Watersports or Kingfisher Bay Resort as per booking details.

Opened in July 2007, the Bundaberg Rum Bondstore is the brand new visitors centre for Bundaberg Rum. Visitors can complete a site tour to see the real workings of the distillery as well as work their way through our interactive area, a self-guided tour about the history and evolution of Bundaberg Rum over the past 120 years. See graphics, videos and items from our rich history along with lots of interactive displays. At the end of it all visitors can take the quiz and see if they are Bundy Rum's biggest fan!

Swim in Lake McKenzie, walk in the rainforest at Central Station and drive along Fraser Island's famous 75 Mile Beach to Eli Creek, the coloured sands and the Maheno shipwreck.
